Meeting Dates: Tour meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 9 am.
What to Expect: Between 9:00a.m. and 9:15 a.m., you’ll get to network with other agents who work in the area and enjoy tacos. (Please bring your own beverage.) The tour meeting starts promptly at 9:15 a.m. I’ll try to tell you something interesting about the mortgage world – I usually only talk for a few minutes – we may or may not have a tour sponsor to talk about something you might find useful.
As soon as I get done talking, we’ll start going through the itinerary for the day. Each agent will have the opportunity to talk about their listing. Feel free to bring flyers to share if you wish. After we get done talking about listings on the itinerary, agents will be given the opportunity to talk about any upcoming listings they have which are in the tour area as well as 1N RRISD, 1B, & R2. After we talk about upcoming listings, if we have time, agents will have the opportunity to tell everyone what Buyer needs they have in the areas above. I try to have everyone on the road by 9:40 a.m. but it depends on how many listings we have
Breakfast tacos will be provided!

Deadline to post a listing for a Tour: There is a cutoff of 12:00 noon the Friday before that week’s tour. Listing submissions are first come, first serve.
No-Shows: If you add a property to the tour and don’t show up on the day of the tour your listing will not be on the tour.
